Where We Ship

We ship worldwide.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £40 — no code needed.
United Kingdom: £3.99 on orders under £40. 3–9 business days after processing.
Europe: £7.99 on orders under £40. 4–10 business days after processing.
Rest of World: £12.99 on orders under £40. 7–14 business days after processing.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also check status on our Track My Order page.

International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Contact us at reecewm04@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address. We'll do our best to update it before your order is processed, though we can't guarantee changes once dispatch has begun.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Please check with neighbours and around your delivery location first. If your order still hasn't arrived within the expected window, email reecewm04@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
